Crüe's Canine Campus Policies & Terms of Use

Training-Specific Policies

SINGLE SESSIONS

  • Private single sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged in full and are not refundable

  • No-shows will be charged in full

  • We understand that life happens, and exceptions for emergencies may be made at the discretion of Crüe's Canine Campus.

 

PACKAGE SESSIONS

  • Training packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed

  • Individual sessions within packages must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

  • No shows, cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will count as one session completed and will not be rescheduled

  • If you choose to discontinue your package after the first session, due to unforeseen circumstances or emergency, we can review a pro-rated refund for any unused sessions, minus a $30 administration fee

  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of Crüe's Canine Campus and are intended to support fairness while acknowledging the time and preparation already invested.

General Policies

SESSION LOCATIONS

Session locations may be adjusted based on weather conditions, environmental factors, or your dog's comfort and safety needs.

 

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

Crüe's Canine Campus reserves the right to discontinue sessions or packages if unsafe conditions arise or if professional conduct standards are not maintained. In such cases, refunds will be handled at our discretion based on the specific circumstances.

LIABILITY & SAFETY​

  • Dog owners are responsible for their dog's health, behaviour, and any incidents that may occur during training sessions

  • Crüe's Canine Campus is not liable for injuries to dogs, owners, or third parties that may occur during training

  • Owners participate in training at their own risk and are encouraged to consult with their veterinarian regarding their dog's physical readiness for training activities
